DeMarco Detector ships all U.S. bound package orders via UPS Ground, US Postal Service, Fed EX

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to and we will start to process an insurance claim on your behalf.

All used equipment is covered by the terms of the respective manufacturers warranty (if applicable) and should be returned to the manufacturer directly. DeMarco Detector Sales - does not serve as a representative of the manufacturer, should service be required under an existing warranty. If the original manufacturer’s warranty is not applicable, DeMarco Detector Sales - will not be held liable for any service requirements.
You must receive a return authorization from DeMarco Detector Sales - within 15 days to returning any product for a refund or exchange. Must be in unused new condition and Although rare, merchandise damaged in transit will be repaired or replaced by DeMarco Detector Sales -

Please contact us (via email) to obtain a Return Authorization for damaged merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. All other returns or exchanges, new or used, require a 20% restocking fee. Please verify the contents of your return package before submitting it to us. All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in the new and unused condition as received. That includes the equipment, original packaging and all documentation that accompanied your order.

Used detectors are sold “as is” with no additional warranty, implied or expressed. Return shipping with adequate insurance are your responsibility(Buyer).

A 20% re-stocking charge will apply if original shipment is refused and/or the product is returned for exchange for any reason other than a processing error at DeMarco Detector Sales.
